Exit Tickets for Math – 3rd Grade Fractions

Are you looking for a quick and easy way to assess your students’ understanding of different fraction concepts? This downloadable resource covers different standards that are addressed in third grade. Teachers can choose to use the same exit ticket for all of the students in the class as a formative assessment or different tickets can be used to assess students at different stages in their learning journey.

This set of exit tickets comes with 24 different options (each labeled with a letter in the upper right-hand corner). The skills presented in the exit tickets cover the following:

  • Identifying fractions on a number line
  • Identifying a fraction of a shape
  • Plotting fractions on a number line
  • Drawing models to represent a fraction
  • Fractions of a set
  • Partitioning shapes
  • Equivalent fractions with and without models
